I’ve known Dr. Foster since I came to the Rollins School of Public Health over 25 years ago. He was always so friendly – I had the pleasure of working with him in the Hubert Dept of Global Health for over 12 years. After I moved to the Dean’s office, he would always stop by with a big smile on his face and ask for a Diet Coke!
