Stan was so inclusive in extending his interest and caring to his extended family. I remember a time when he told me what a wonderful man my husband was, and something to the effect not to ever forget it. We’re all wonderful, and wounded; and it’s always good to be present and appreciate the people and world around us. Stan always liked me and showed us all so many cool things, really respected people and wanted the world to be as good as it could be for all of us. He loved Elm Point Camp and modeled the work, the camaraderie, and the traditions that have sustained us for so long. Rest in peace and solidarity, Stan.
